Which service do I actually need?
If the floor is sound but looks tired, refinishing usually solves it. If a few boards or areas are damaged, that is a repair. If damage is widespread or the subfloor is affected, restoration or replacement is the honest answer. We assess on site and tell you the cheapest option that will actually last, rather than defaulting to the largest job.
Do you handle every material in-house?
Yes. Hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, luxury vinyl and SPC are all installed, refinished, repaired and restored by our own crews. Nothing is subcontracted out, which is why one point of contact stays with your project from the estimate through to the final walkthrough.
Is the estimate really free?

Do you work with designers and general contractors?
Regularly. We are used to coordinating around a build schedule, matching a specified product, and working to a designer’s drawings and finish schedule. We can also work directly with homeowners on a single room. Either way we keep to the agreed dates.
