How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to respond the same business day. Sunday to Thursday we are available 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday by appointment. For anything urgent, such as fresh water damage, call (866) 429-4949 rather than using the form.
What should I include when I get in touch?
The rooms involved, rough square footage if you know it, the material you have now and what you are considering, and any photos of damage. It lets us come to the first visit with the right samples and a realistic idea of the work.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, and it carries no obligation. We come to the property, measure, check the subfloor and bring samples from our mobile showroom, then give you a written estimate. There is no charge whether or not you go ahead.
Where are you based?
365 S Doheny Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90211, serving Greater Los Angeles. Because we bring the showroom to you, most clients never need to visit us.
